By shopping with Radecals, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We keep things straightforward, but we’ve got to lay it out.

1. Overview

Radecals is a small, independent label based in Perth, Western Australia. Everything is designed, cut, and pressed in-house. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Products & Orders

  • All items are made to order in small batches. Some are limited-run or one-of-one.

  • We reserve the right to change product pricing, descriptions, or availability without notice.

  • If something sells out, it won’t be restocked — once it's gone, it’s gone.

3. Payments

We accept payments via Shopify’s secure checkout using major credit/debit cards and other available gateways. All prices are listed in AUD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are packed and shipped from Perth, WA.

  • We aim to dispatch within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Once it leaves us, shipping times are out of our hands — delays can happen.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels should be reported via email within 7 days.

5. Refunds & Returns

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if the vibe isn’t what you expected.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, designs, and content on this site belong to Radecals. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without permission.
In short: Don’t steal our stuff. We worked hard on it.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our site — that means no spamming, no hacking, no trying to scrape or resell our stuff without permission. Common sense applies.

8. Privacy

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — including, but not limited to, suspected abuse, fraud, or breaches of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
