Radecals Motorsport ("we", "us") operates this store at radecals.com.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Our store is hosted on Shopify. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this policy, this policy applies to how we handle your personal information.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: what you buy, your vehicle model or variant where relevant to fitment, and your order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, social media or through the site, including photos you send for support or fitment questions.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type and how you use the site, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including arranging local pickup
- To answer your questions and help with fitment or installation
- To handle returns, warranty claims and refunds
- To send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- To meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it's needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Shipping carriers, such as Australia Post, to deliver your order.
- Service providers we use for email, analytics (including Google Analytics) and customer support.
- Authorities, where we're required to by law.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Customer photos
If you send us or tag us in photos of your car, we may share them on our website or social media with credit. We'll hide number plates where possible. Contact us at any time to have a photo removed.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the store (for example, to keep items in your cart) and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work without them.
Storage and security
Your information is stored by Shopify and our service providers, some of whom are located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
