How it Works
All Radecals gear is made to order — nothing mass produced, nothing sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is designed, cut, pressed, packed, and shipped from our workspace in Perth, WA.
Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 3–7 business days of payment, depending on order volume and the nature of the item (e.g. multi-layer vinyl designs may take longer).
You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via Australia Post and Sendle, depending on what works best for your location.
Estimated delivery times:

Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days

Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)
Please note: These are estimates — once it leaves our hands, delays are out of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. We keep rates fair and don’t profit off postage.
Free shipping promos may be offered during drops or launch events — follow us on Instagram or join the mailing list to stay in the loop.
Local Pickup
Not currently available — but we may offer it for special events or collabs in Perth. Watch this space.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered, Radecals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, damaged, or hasn't moved in tracking for more than 10 days, contact us at andrew@radecals.com.au and we’ll help chase it up.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If it’s wrong and the parcel returns to us, we’ll contact you to re-ship — but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
