Refund policy

Friendly version: TL;DR

We don’t do change-of-mind returns or refunds — our gear is small-batch, made to order, and limited-run. But if your order shows up damaged or wrong, let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix it up.

Check sizing carefully and reach out if you’re unsure before buying. We’re always happy to help.


Legal version: Refund & Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Radecals does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction with style or fit.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@radecals.com.au to request a review. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion upon verification of the issue, including photographic evidence.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition (excluding manufacturing damage)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and does not affect your statutory rights.
